Developed and validated methods for the analysis of our Protein-bound oncology drugs which are formulated to reconstitute as nanoemulsions. Performed stability testing for our marketed (Abraxane) and our pipeline products.

Managed a group of approximately twenty scientists (three group leaders) with 12-15 projects simultaneously. Responsible for method development, validation and transfer for all client projects. Worked with solid dosages and parenteral products, innovator and generics. Worked with pharmaceutical, biotech and virtual companies.

Supervised the chromatography group in Analytical Biochemistry at MedImmune. Worked primarily on their first marketed product, Synagis, on the BLA and on other development work for the project. Managed the Stability program, maintained an Access database for stability testing results and scheduling.

Established the Genosys Peptide Department by adapting Genosys' patented technology (segmented wafer synthesis) for DNA synthesis to the solid-phase synthesis of peptides. Developed all of the protocols for the segmented wafer synthesis of peptides, cleavage from the solid support and purification of the free peptides.The Peptide Department averaged sales of $200K-$300K/month.
