Hello. Welcome to the world of Momentum Coaching. I’m Keith, and I live and thrive in helping create momentum, especially for marketing, communications and entrepreneurial leaders.You’ve likely heard of coaching before – perhaps in terms of executive coaching, life coaching or leadership development. My focus is about something a little more specific: momentum coaching for life and work. With momentum coaching, I help clients and teams achieve meaningful goals in a sustainable and scalable way.I’ve found that some coaches stop when a single goal for a client or team is reached, but the mindset, habits and systems to create momentum to achieve future goals haven’t been built yet. That can mean we end up slipping back into old ways of doing things, or feeling stuck, burned out or stretched too thin when the next goals come around the corner. And we can’t achieve results if we don’t have the momentum set up to keep us going!Over the years, I have also come to realize that the lines between life and work have become increasingly blurry, so creating momentum in our work life often goes hand in hand with creating momentum in our personal lives. Momentum coaching spans both parts of us.I started out in marketing and brand management (already 20+ years ago...how time flies!). Part way through my marketing career journey, I trained as a coach and then also started a coaching practice 15+ years ago. I lead and develop teams to achieve remarkable results, and coach clients to success in meeting both life and work goals.I didn’t realize it at the time, but they were all years doing momentum coaching - as the teams and clients kept growing, leading, and achieving more things that mattered to them over time.
