About Natasha Marais
In essence I am a free thinker with a mightily creative backbone and an appetite for advertising and people management. I manage the creative studio at Mustard Seed. It consists of an Art Director, Copy Writers, Designers, a team of freelancers and a full Traffic team, including a Production team. Together with our Creative Director and Managing Director, we make up the entire creative side of the business.My duties include all communication with the Marketing and Social Media teams, relayed back to the studio and vice versa. I schedule all creative work daily, ensuring tight deadlines and deliveries are met according to my determined timelines and that the critical path to the high quality end product is seamlessly followed through.Project Management is a regular treat and problem solving is at the order of the day.This is but the skeleton of my functions at Mustard Seed.Working with and for a wonderful team of people has made what I do enjoyable and rewarding.
