As a passionate HR leader and expert, for over 20 years I have been successfully committed to an HR function that sees itself as part of the value creation of the business and is therefore jointly responsible for the company's success. In other words: I understand HR from an entrepreneurial viewpoint, I set an agenda with the business and implement it pragmatically with a team. Thanks to my different management roles in an international context in the financial services industry, I bring a holistic view of the tasks of HR to the table: I combine experience and perspectives as an HR Business Partner at C-level with in-depth expertise in core topics of any HR strategy: Human capital management, talent and leadership development, cultural and organizational development, capability building, D&I, wellbeing, talent acquisition and the design and optimization of HR processes are some selected components.
