I acted as an angel investor and member of the advisory board, consulting on technology-related topics. Additionally, I served as an interim CTO for 6 months until the recruitment and consolidation of the executive who would be responsible for technology. Reporting to Naspers (shareholder), I was responsible for the entire strategic and operational direction of the company, leading a team of 40 people across the areas of technology, operations, sales, marketing, and human resources. During my tenure, Lomadee was a benchmark in affiliate marketing in Brazil, with over 200,000 active affiliates and more than 1 billion in annual GMV, having been recognized with 3 awards by specialized media as the best affiliate platform in 2018 and 2019. Reporting to the CTO, I joined as a Software Architect in 2013, was promoted to Coordinator in 2014, and then to Manager in 2016. I was responsible for managing software engineering teams. Among the main business fronts I led in the technology area, I highlight the price comparison website (buscape.com.br, with over 50 million monthly customers) and my role as Head of IT for the technology teams of the group's startups, including SaveMe (coupon site), ModaIT (fashion marketplace), QueBarato (classifieds), Bondfaro (price comparison) and Lomadee (affiliate platform).
