- Realizar o controle de horas, recesso e demais rotinas da gestão de pessoas;- Atuar no onboarding dos profissionais do time referente a operação/projeto/cliente;- Realização de one on one (reunião de acompanhamento individual) mensal (ou quinzenal, quando necessário);- Acompanhar o feedback sobre o profissional juntamente ao cliente;- Realização de checkpoints para avaliação de performance;- Elaboração de plano de desenvolvimento, juntamente ao time de RH, financeiro e gestor da conta, visando a retenção de profissionais do time;- Dar suporte no processo de entrevistas para a contratação de novos profissionais no time;- Cuidar do processo de offboarding de um profissional; - Atuar na identificação de possíveis oportunidades de crescimento profissional da pessoa e trabalhar estratégias para um plano de desenvolvimento junto ao cliente;- Comunicar as decisões e instruções de um gerente (cliente) para a equipe.- Gestão de desempenho dos profissionais do time;- Compreender e atender às necessidades dos membros da equipe, fornecendo um fluxo de trabalho de alta produtividade;- Atuar em estratégias de manutenção do engajamento da equipe; - Avaliação de informações para ajudar a apoiar o processo de tomada de decisão;

- Realizar revisão textual ortográfica, gramatical e aspectos relacionados à coesão, coerência, morfologia e concordância de livros para editoras. - Revisar tradução de livros de Inglês - Português para editoras- Realizar tradução Inglês - Português de livros. - Revisão ortográfica, gramatical e de aspectos relacionados à concordância de artigos, dissertações e teses.
