Main responsibility at VIPP is bringing new products from concept to finished, stocked, products ready to distribute to our sales network and end customers. Through a series of prototypes, products are developed in close collaboration with our designer. Adjustments are made in 3D models in Soild Works for prototyping 1:1 in material and finish to achieve the highest quality.Product development is a cross functional discipline involving PR, graphic design, packing, logistics and the sales department.With a suitable prototype, drawings and product specification we initiate supplier selection and negotiate prices, delivery terms etc. with relevant prospects.Our DNA is based on continuous improvement through LEAN kaizen methodologies. We keep improving how we work internally and collaborate with partners striving to make tomorrow even better than today.Once a product is introduced to the market we do product management and quality assurance of these.
