With over 20+ years of experience in the advertising industry in the UK and LATAM, I am passionate about innovation and disruption, and I have a proven track record of delivering creatively impactful and effective solutions for a wide variety of clients across different industries and markets, with a particular strength in managing relationships with complex global organisations and partnering with them in a journey to make incredible creative work that works.I also have an interest and experience in building the agency offering, developing business units from scratch, and leading cross-functional teams. I co-founded the Social and Content studio within JWT London, which offered fast and agile content creation, leveraging brand building skills and data insights. I also led the AI Core Team at VML London, developing products and the adoption of AI. This led me to rethink the advertising model of today, and move into a new venture where I can bring a new vision to life. One where our objectives are actually aligned with clients, and where value (not effort) is rewarded.
