Strategist and entrepreneur, Emerson led the expansion operations of Cafeterias Grão Café Group (currently Grão Raro), with the opening in the city of Rio de Janeiro of the following coffee shops: Rodrigo Silva and Cereja Café, which together, at the time, delivered an average of 800 doses of Coffees/day.In 2014, after the sale of its participation in the Group, came the Masters in Sociology, the passage through Casa do Barista, and the Social Project for professional training of Baristas.
