Localization Team Lead - Elearning Americas
Current- Supervises a team of project managers (6) to ensure all required duties are performed
- Hosts regular 1-on-1 meetings with direct reports, first point of contact to escalate and resolve issues
- Maintains ongoing training of direct reports to ensure proper technology is always used and all relevant procedures are followed
- Acts as point of contact for internal processes and issue management for client escalations
- Identifies issues/weaknesses beyond direct reports, conducting departmental initiative at emergence of training and team knowledge gaps
- Offers multi-layered solutions and improvement on a departmental level
