Key Contributions• Making IS’s mobility solution the top-selling domestic product by linking the sales and technical teams, improving internal processes and sharpening the customer value proposition.• Creating the ‘Internet of Things’ platform in Nigeria, including vendor agreements, market assessment, testing of solutions and training of sales staff.• Transformed a disparate group of eight individuals across several functions into an efficient, engaged, high-performing team.

Managing the Projects department; responsibility for on-time deployment of all product solutions. Kick-starting the marketing department; building up social media channels with minimal budget.

Deciding on and executing strategy and investment projects together with the Managing Director. Running of day-to-day operations; focus being customer service. Coordinating 60 staff across two locations for the 300-member club, hotel, restaurant and fitness centre. Overall responsibility of overseas imports and warehouse, marketing and events. Key Contributions• Improved employee job satisfaction and reduced staff turnover, primarily by mediating in conflicts and bringing a positive energy.• Increased the club’s footprint in the consulate and wider Lagos community (increase in applications). This was done by building strong professional relationships with the US Consulate staff overseeing operations.

Main tasks including; coordination of team of 15 persons, internal formal approval, internal communications and to ensure 100% readiness at date of re-entry.Sales; Coaching, target setting and evaluation of sales staff in Jordan Cluster (Jordan, Kuwait, Iraq) to ensure on target performance. Initializing of cross-functional process improvement projects. Customer facing for three months. Jordan Cluster became the best Maersk Line cluster (out of 47) in 2015.
