- I have led projects to explore and integrate new platforms for the employee communications team to benefit the wider business. This includes transitioning from Poppulo to Staffbase for our mass email system, and researching, implementing, and development of the award platform, Award Force, which we used to manage entries and judging of our first ever group-wide awards programme.- I collaborate with stakeholders to ensure their priorities are met, always mindful of the larger context and continually seeking methods to emphasise core messages, while considering the needs of the audience.

Delivering communications in a timely manner to our online and offline colleagues, managing and utilising a variety of channels, measuring impact and advising on best practice.Working closely with my own team and a range of internal stakeholders, in particular HR, IT and UK Property, to develop and deliver well planned projects and campaigns, making sure the right people are aware and the right channels are used at the right time. I was instrumental in the delivery of our new intranet, The Hub in 2019/20, supporting the IT team with strategic communications and delivery of the Group level pages. At Telereal Trillium I had a very varied role, with responsibilities across the board including:Internal communications - utilising online and offline channels to communicate with employees, including intranet, e-newsletters, meetings and events, posters etc. Responsible for maintaining and creating content for the company intranet; delivering company-wide communications - including newsletters and communications during a period of change; delivery of a variety of staff events, managing from conception to execution and follow up communications.Digital communications - updating and creating content for company website, Twitter and LinkedIn. Assisting with website relaunch in 2013, and a current refresh project.Brand - assisting with a number of bids, primarily formatting the final document for submission using InDesign, but also sourcing some information; creating variety of collateral using Adobe Creative Suite and seeing these through the production process.Events - experience managing a variety of internal events from start to finish including annual staff conferences, quiz nights and social evenings; managing events for external guests including networking events and research launches.Public Relations - experience using media monitoring software, contributing to press releases and sending to journalists.

As marketing and communications assistant I was in charge of all the team's admin, including keeping various lists up to date, updating the intranet and general support. Being in a small team, I was thrown in at the deep end very early on and was soon responsible for managing events; sourcing, writing and editing news stories; and generally being a proactive memeber of the team.

McLaren F1 introduced me to the importance of brand in an organisation. Frequent high profile events with a worldwide audience demanded branded merchandise was consistently flawless. Excellent time management and organisation skills were essential in this role as deadlines were tight and frequent.
