Followed dozens of companies from the idea conception to the exit, being deeply involved in different aspects of business.Participated in the recent boom of the startup market in Brazil, promoting since 2011 the creation of hundreds of new businesses by working with universities, large corporations and government to develop the culture of digital entrepreneurship.I became involved with corporations and startups over the past 15 years, as a consultant, executive and entrepreneur. Over the past years, I had the opportunity to:- Build the #1 employee experience software @ Latam;- Build the one of the most recognized entrepreneurial digital brand in Latin America;- Launch or remodel +40 web / mobile products, directly reaching millions of people;- Raise over R$ 25 million in investment from more than 50 different funds and angel investors.I keep parallel activities in support of the Brazilian digital ecosystem, as a mentor, judge or speaker in several events in Brazil and abroad, and as a professor (digital products and "New HR").I graduated in Communications / Advertising and I possess Masters in Business Administration from PUC-Rio.
