As part of MEMORY Furniture strategic plan to expand product portfolio, successfully negotiated and acquired PT Luck One Living, a wicker based manufacturing company making Indoor and Outdoor Furniture for export incorporating natural sustainable material such as Rattan, Cane, Bamboo and Water Hyacinth with combination of Pine and Mahogany woods.After 3 months of acquisition, successfully transformed product line-ups with over 100 new designs, improved supply chain sustainability by increasing sourcing partners and reached out to 5 large international retailers in USA, Canada, France, Australia and Mexico.

Directly involved in the acquisition of PT Talenta Anugerah Pratama in 2012.This company is part of MEMORY Furniture horizontal strategic plan to widen the product portfolio, which include MDF Panel Finishing Line for both High Gloss and Matte Finish, and starting in 2018, veneer line. The only Indonesian manufacturer of mass produced high gloss furniture that were competitive even for export, working with light weight honeycomb paper materials to reduce material consumption and international freight cost.

PT Furniplus Asia is a Subsidiary of MEMORY Furniture since 2006.As director, responsible for building a new factory from scratch utilising the latest woodworking machinery and made it profitable after third year in operation. Moving forward, currently the facility is one of the most modern in Indonesia, admired throughout the world for being the leanest furniture manufacturing process.As director, also in charge to obtain external financing to ensure financial independence, which was accomplished after 5 years.
