Manage IT Department (Research & Development, IT Infrastructure and Technical Support), Create IT Department budget and activity plan and maintain our schedule and budget always on track for every 1 year working time, Create and evaluate SOP and Policy for IT Department to make sure and always keep every part in the IT Department run efficiently, Create Risk Management and Security Management to ensure our operational can keep going 24x7, Implement and maintain Web Based Acumatica ERP (Sales & Distribution, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing (including MRP), Fixed Asset, Finance & Accounting) using MS SQL Server database, Implement and maintain Web based HRIS AxioPro (Employee data, payroll (including tax and benefit), KPI, online absence and leave form), Keep good communication with supplier and customer and make our operational easier with data format which can used by both side, Manage and Develop our internal application system (ex. Technical Support ticketing, Asset Management System and Business Intelligence) in accordance with the company's growth and needed, Manage and ensure all of our IT infrastructure (All server (including Active Directory, Email, Application and database) which using VMware as cloud based, networking, computer/laptop and other IT peripheral) running well and all of our information is secured, and Project Manager for PMO in Yamazaki Indonesia to create SOP for all department.

- Build and maintenance server system with windows server 2000, windows server 2003, and Cent OS 4 (Linux / Fedora Vendor), make domain system and email server.- Maintenance Network system, inner and outer system.- Make planning project and manage the project (inner and outer) like project to build linux server and upgrade other server, software project like Jobnet and many others.- Manage IT division, divide jobs to IT staff, support other division and make Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all system for IT. - Manage Software Project (especially in web) to client and own company.- Research and develop our web (Jobnet Web)
