During my time at Wordsun Ltd, I played a pivotal role in developing the company's web department. Starting as the only website designer in 1998 I was responsible for the production of some of the very earliest corporate websites and went on to grow and lead a team of designers and developers building websites for Blue Chip companies internationally.Key Responsibilities:- Designed and developed many websites for B2B companies, mostly within the technology sector- Grew and led a team of developers handling all aspects of recruitment and training- Managed all aspects of the business including marketing, finance and HRAchievements:- Developed a number of pioneering and award-winning websites in the earliest days of the web- Built an entire website development department- In 2007, I spun out the web department as a separate entity called Freshleaf Media Ltd.
