Implementation and development of intelligence and diplomatic approach to coordinate strategic areas for the participation of the Minister of Health in regional and international fora and meetings. Prepare budgetary monitoring reports of rececived cooperation, and forecasting cooperation needs. Manage staff; Liaison with international officers of donors representations, foreign embassies, international organizations, and national institutions in related matters as well as coordination with other LACD countries' International Cooperation Offices. Organize and attend working meetings in support to the Ministry health service policies, proposal writing to submit to donors for specific projects and other initiatives. Participation in monitoring & evaluation meetings over framework agreements, project implementation and activities. Organizing donor meetings to harmonize and align the cooperation upon the Ministry of Health policies to promote accountability and transparency.
