+ Establishment and management of a project leader team+ Project management of web and software applications for local and globally oriented companies: Conceptualization of web and software applications with clients, interface between clients and internal development teams, planning, coordination, and monitoring of all projects as well as technical support for existing web and software applications deployed worldwide in over 20 countries+ Setup and development of internal processes (e.g., onboarding, communication channels)

My main tasks of the internship: marketing collateral design, design and build of the new company website, the update of Saffron's brand guidelines and creation of a screendesign for an internal elearning course which goes with the guidelines
