Highly motivated and successful. I have a Management service and consultancy company called Effy LTD, VIP Hospitality. My experience over the last 14 years in the hospitality industry ranges from waitress, hostess, restaurant manager, assistant in hotel and restaurant set up and launch, spanning the UK and France. In France I worked for the group Maison Lascombes in Bordeaux, and in Paris for the Beaumarly group at their most famous restaurant Le Matignon and for the launch of their newest addition, Masion de Caviar. Alongside this, I launched a VIP concierge business resulting in me working with FIFA during the Women’s World Cup and from which, I went on to host and oversee the management and organisation of the private VIP lounge during a range of global events and functions. Alas, this was unfortunately just before COVID and was supposed to be perpetuating during last year to inc. several big global events. This has given me such a range of experiences, good and bad, that I am able to go into any restaurant and quickly understand where simple and inexpensive ideas can make huge difference to the customer experience and thus repeat business.
