• Led Communities of Practice teams (CoP Training, CoP Performance Appraisal, CoP Role Mapping ) COPs are informal communities across IT established to share resources, commonalities, best practices. By connecting with each other, we foster cross-functional and cross-divisional collaboration and the ability to provide solutions and approaches to project problems and commitments.• As Performance Management Administrator for IT, provided governance and support for all Performance Management Admins across IT and assisted with system and process questions to ensure corporate goals and deadlines are met. • Ensured IT&BI successful completion of Regulatory- Related Courses (FERC/NERC) through tighter controls, tracking changes and updates to the process, improving job aids, and submitting recommendations for improvements. • Participated in efforts to enhance IT’s capability to change and improve through process and people to position IT to support and work within an SAP process environment. (Set up classes and tracked enrollments in Office Productivity, professional and technical training, Center of Excellence, Change & Release Management, Energy Management System, Certified Process Management and SAP to name a few)• Led training needs assessments, vendor negotiations, leveraged strategic vendor partnerships resulting in avoided costs close to $95,000.00. Developed classes in support of IT’s long term staffing needs and to reskill the IT Workforce (e.g. IT As A Service Organization, Consulting Skills for the IT Professional, Politics of IT Project Management).
