I am a Commercial Degree Apprentice at Morrisons, one of the UK's leading supermarkets, where I provide essential support to the sales team, facilitating efficient and effective sales operations. I am also pursuing a BSc Business and Management degree from the University of Bradford, where I am learning the fundamentals of business administration, marketing, finance, and strategy. My core competencies include order processing and management, documentation and record keeping, and Microsoft Office skills.In my current role, I am responsible for accurately processing and managing sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. I collaborate with various departments, such as logistics and finance, to streamline order fulfillment. I also maintain meticulous records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and relevant documentation. I prepare and organise sales reports, providing valuable insights for the sales team and the management. I am motivated by the opportunity to learn from a dynamic and diverse team of sales professionals, and to contribute to the growth and success of Morrisons. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and I strive to improve my skills and knowledge every day.
