I have been drawn towards People and Culture since I first began working in small retail teams in New Zealand. From there, I have managed the training of frontline staff in a small business, moved to Australia to hone skills in eLearning design and development for large care organisations, and most recently have been privileged to be the L&D Project Lead for a large project working with a nationwide mental health support service.I am a passionate learning and development specialist and enjoy developing engaging content for diverse teams and leading projects. I have thoroughly enjoyed working as an L&D Project Lead and look forward to developing my project management skills as well as cross-functional P&C skills. Working across People Operations and covering the end-to-end employee journey is a keen focus for my next role.
