I developed and delivered commercial solutions, training programmes and reporting mechanisms to help studio owners grow revenues while also keeping costs low. Critically I also built out processes and infrastructure to allow us to quickly scale our network while also improving the level of support we were able to offer without increasing HQ headcount. In this role I built and launched a new intranet, I oversaw the development of a new performance dashboard and established franchise panels of experts to ensure that we were collecting feedback. I managed a team of Franchise Managers who provided day to day support to the franchise network and I held responsibility for the culture and relationship between HQ and our network of franchisees through driving a real focus on relationship management and dealing with any escalations. As the Showroom Manager, I was a leader in developing lululemon’s local brand awareness and community relations.
