Dealt with the uncertainty in a most sustainable way and effectively protected employees both physically and mentally. Held tabletop exercises and resilience talks to mitigate the level of anxiety. B) Engagement / Culture Creation / Company Branding - Engaged employees through every possible way to build culture, encourage straight talk and keep the momentum going. Moderated significant internal meetings bilingually. Promoted diversity and inclusion, working from home, women leadership and free of sexual harassment. Advocate for LGBT by sponsoring and inviting employees to participate Taipei Pride as a company. Led EHS Councils where top management team was invited to manage the risks. Created dashboard for performance tracking and escalated risks when necessary. C) Health and Wellbeing - Formed resilience facilitators group and continuously delivered workshops to promote resilience and mindfulness since 2017 with an accumulation of +200 participants. Implemented occupational HCP onsite service to promote chronic diseases prevention. Step challenge was held in 2017 and 2018 along with charity events to call for awareness of health. The taskforce team earned “Best Team Award of 2017”. 2. Regional Level - Volunteered to be EHS auditor for other countries: GSK Shanghai in May’2019 & GSK Thailand in Nov’2018. In 2020, invited to be the coach for EHS management establishment and standards assessment to emerging countries from Middle East & Africa.

Supported Taiwan Ethic and Compliance Officer in promoting culture of trust and building internal control framework. A) Gap Analysis and Risk Assessment - Initiated annual risk register. To ensure in-country practices were in line with local laws and global company expectations, onboarded stakeholders to jointly review gaps and conducted plans to monitor further. B) Communication & Training - Communicated all policies, changes and top-down messages cross the organization. Delivered F2F/ online training about Conflict of Interest, values, third party oversight, government official interaction. Embedded concept of compliance in an innovative way. C) Management Monitoring - Conducted annual monitoring plan including but not limited to quality check of contract approval, grants and donations, level of compliance about HCP engagement. Empowered internal stakeholders to take accountabilities. Held Risk Management and Compliance Board for enterprise risks control and escalated critical findings to region.

Above Country Level - Led regional Meeting Managed Service Provider project for all Asian countries. Identified suppliers that can provide services to 13 countries and established a consistent/ transparent way of working. Achieved at least 50% supplier pool reduction as well as over GBP 100K cost benefit. In-Country - Responsible for Taiwan indirect sourcing for multiple commodities such as digital marketing, promotional items and corporate services
