About Freya Wu

A professional third-party and enterprise risk manager. A newcomer to the nonprofit world. An advocate of diversity and inclusion, who believes we are responsible for becoming more ethical than the society we grew up in. Joining a motivated nonprofit start-up team after 13 years climbing the corporate ladder allows me to do the future work on a rock-solid foundation. Our goal is to build the first Montessori boarding school for adolescents in the non-western world. By creating a home-away-from-home, adolescents can build independence in a supportive, accepting, and loving community.
