As a sales account executive, I'm responsible for:-Delivering individual and group product demonstrations to prospects-Managing incoming prospective leads and understanding their design business goals/needs-Providing client support and feature training throughout onboarding trial period-Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell-Converting trial accounts to paid subscriptions on a monthly or annual billing cycle-Handling invoicing or billing queries including sales promotions, discounts or issues-Responding to client complaints including feedback, technical issues/bugs, suggestions and raising to internal team-Software testing in advance of product or feature launches-Client data and sales reporting on internal CRM apps-Forecasting individual client accounts' closing rate -Constantly developing and re-working sales strategy to increase engagement and conversion based on company's goals -Completing administrative work including sending emails, outbound/inbound calls, attend weekly meetings-Working with internal teams such as dev, marketing, customer success on special ad hoc projects or sales-related activities
