I earned the opportunity to become the sole HR Generalist support at our Manufacturing sites, based in Warrington and the Wirral. In this expanded role I:Acted as HR Lead to amalgamate two manufacturing sites. Complete project planning and delivery, below budget, whist treating all involved in a fair and respectful manner.Am a Core Team member for UK wide Legal Entity and Benefit Harmonisation project, through collective consultation for > 700 employees.Am a proactive member of the site management team.Support Managers through all recruitment and selection activities, including formulation of job description and role requirements through to design and delivery of new starter induction activities.Support and advise managers on a diverse range of employee relations issues, ensuring that employment legislation and best practice are adhered to.Successfully design, implement and communicate policies and procedures.

I successfully secured a role as a fresh graduate at Trader Media, the website arm of Auto Trader magazine. In this busy role I was heavily involved in all aspects of Recruitment and Training.

Assisting with activities relating to recruitment and selection, such as interviewing, psychometric testing and personality testing, liaison with agencies and national press, administrative support to the HR Team.Active involvement in delivery of induction training.Proactive involvement in policy implementation and communication.
