I am an experienced leader and manager. I believe in the importance of developing people to their full potential by providing them the support they need in order for them to be successful. With several years of military service, my leadership style is focused on the team members, helping them grow. By setting realistic goals and monitoring progress, we all have the opportunity to exceed those goals. My goal is to further develop my skills in a management position within the aerospace or defense industry.Additionally, I am passionate about data and making it come to life for the people I work with. I like to call it, turning numbers into pictures so that a story can be told. My energy on a day to day basis is unmatched and I thrive on pressure filled situations and tasks that are allegedly “impossible to do”.
