I work within our Business Law Group with a focus upon the following areas:-Commercial real estate, leasing and lending-Strata and First Nations' housing development-Condominium governance

-Provided practical and legally sound governance advice to strata corporations;-Drafted and interpreted strata governance language such as bylaw amendments, resolutions and privacy policies;-Analyzed and prepared real estate instruments such as easement agreements and restrictive covenants;-Assisted strata corporations with obtaining financing for major repairs and special projects;-Aided strata corporations in arrears collection/orders for forced sale and various petitions under the Strata Property Act;-Acted for individual owners in strata related matters, including hardship applications and compelling enforcement of bylaws;
