I have 17+ years of experience in customer focused Mac and PC tech support, with the majority primarily focused on Mac support. I have always prided myself in having a great combination of excellent customer service skills and technical knowledge. I love making my clients happy and solving their technical issues.For the past 10 years I have worked as a senior computer specialist in a Mac focused environment, but have both professional and personal Windows/PC experience. My abilities include, but not limited to, hardware repair, software support, teaching, purchasing and receiving, and retail management. I’m a quick learner and very adaptive and enjoying taking on new challenges. I work well with clients one-on-one to provided a personalized support experience, and can move quickly past symptoms to resolve any issues they may be having.
