As a System Engineer in Security Vulnerability Management I research exposure and remediation steps to specific vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation on a large number of vulnerabilities, communicate and coordinate with stakeholders and generate reports for senior management and board review. I work closely with Information Security and other IT and non-IT business units to continually improve vulnerability management success. I am responsible for Windows and Linux patching and assist as a subject matter expert on several security tools and technologies. Served as Site Supervisor for physical security at TC Industries in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Responsibilites included keeping clear communication between corporate offices and the client, supervise on site personnel, provide training to personnel, manage schedules, institute new and update old SOPs (Post Orders), update security office with new computers, cameras, and intercom systems.

Provided physical security at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, Illinois for IPC International. Duties included foot patrol inside the facility, vehicle patrol of the property, radio dispatch for security, escort client personnel to and from locations on the premises, assist visitors with directions, observe for any hazardous conditions, assist stores with loss prevention, issue warning citations for parking and other infractions, assist motorists for locked keys or dead batteries of their vehicles, as well as other miscellanious security details.

Provide emergent and non-emergent assistance to the public of several communities for police, fire, EMS, and other governmental needs. Coordinate police, fire, and EMS responses and maintain records via a computer aided dispatch system. Training for MABAS dispatch.

Provided the district with fire suppression, education, and emergency medical services. Carried out fire safety inspections on businesses. Maintain proficiencies through constant training and education. Fire Apparatus Engineer certified.

Provide emergency and non emergency service for cary police, fire department, and fox river grove fire protection district. Coordinate responses, monitor radio frequencies, and keep records via computer aided dispatch system of said agencies. Provide front window reception for Cary Police Department. Coordinate after hours service for Village of Cary Public Works Department as needed. Train new telecommunicators. Input and maintain police department records via paper and computer systems. Liason with goverment agencies (DISA, DLA, USAF, etc) to requisition computers and other equipment for dispatch purposes. Assist police officers and public as needed.

Provide fire suppression and emergency medical services to the district. Participate in district functions and events.
