I direct mocap performers for gameplay and cinematics. I support any production in need of a mocap performance director. I work with each teams to establish their creative vision and intention. Then, I direct the mocap performers and crew to give life to our games. My goal is to always make sure that the animation captured can easily be integrated in the different systems driven by the game engines.

- Plan client's shooting needs;- Support client in their shoot preparation, create shotlist, propslist, etc.;- Organize motion capture (mocap) shoots;- Determine with the mocap technical staff the best course of action to fulfill the needs of our projects;- Direct the mocap staff on shoots;- Participate in mocap's pipeline and best practices development and evolution;- Support and optimization of shoot specific equipment.

- Manage the technicians' team;- Supervise the technical aspects of the shoots;- Assure the highest quality standards for the data cleaning process;- Control the quality of the data;- Supervise the facial capture done inside and outside of the studio.

- Assist the MoCap Specialists on the set during the shoots;- Clean the data to assure the highest quality and to have the clearest movement possible;- Control the quality of the data in MotionBuilder;- Help with the video references and the studio's setup;- Set the gears for facial capture.

- Quality control for High Definition Home Entertainment releases on Blu-ray format for Hollywood studios.- Quality Control for menu navigation and logic.- Create detailed reports on errors found on project to help the authoring and subtitling departments to effectively track and solve the problems.
