Fuel fleet distribution management of PSO and Non-PSO fuel transported to all petrol stations under a fuel/integrated terminal. Having in charge in total of 115 person on board (drivers and office crew) and 31 tank trucks with main responsibilities of the job, 1/ Ensuring the readiness of all crew and tank truck fleet for daily distribution in terms of unit quantity and condition, 2/ Ensuring KPI, QHSSE and financial target on track and achieving target, 3/ Efficiently managing the the fleet logistics in terms of tire and fuel consumption, 4/ Maintaining a good cooperation with parent company on site also external relations (local govern, law, and transporters).

Fuel Fleet Transportation Business, Fuel fleet distribution management of PSO and Non-PSO fuel transported to all petrol stations under a fuel/integrated terminal. Having in charge in total of 27 person on board (drivers and office crew) and 9 tank trucks with main responsibilities of the job, 1/ Ensuring the readiness of all crew and tank truck fleet for daily distribution in terms of unit quantity and condition, 2/ Ensuring KPI, QHSSE and financial target on track and achieving target, 3/ Efficiently managing the the fleet logistics in terms of tire and fuel consumption, 4/ Maintaining a good cooperation with parent company on site also external relations (local govern, law, and transporters). Challenge faced and achievements during in this position, 1/ Restore the condition of the vehicle to be good mechanically and meet the proper and safe fittings in order to solved utilization rate of the tank trucks problem, 2/ Solving monthly KPI problem previously by presenting and consolidating each months to FT Manager, 3/ Struggling in successfully achieving minimum of target financial annual net income in the middle of community’s economic downturn in this location, 4/ Actively involved and solved human capital indiscipline cases in order to provide excellent services toward parent company (Pertamina), 5/ Actively participated as a part of instructors and evaluators for improving confidence level of ODI transport losses and discharge master training & seminar.LPG Bulk Filling Station,LPG bulk filling management as a part of handling operations supply, storage and distribution LPG PSO (Public Service Obligation) 3 Kg in P. Nias. Having in charge in total of 31 person on board (operation and office crew) with main responsibilities of the job, 1/ Ensuring LPG supply chain and stock are in control each week, 2/ Ensuring quality and quantity of LPG product prior to the distribution, 3/ Improving operation effectivity and efficiency of LPG filling station.

Having in charge in 3 fuel terminal, total of 55 person on board (drivers and office crew) and 19 tank trucks with main responsibilities of the job, 1/ Ensuring the readiness of all crew and tank truck fleet for daily distribution in terms of unit quantity and condition, 2/ Ensuring KPI, QHSSE and financial target on track and achieving target, 3/ Efficiently managing the the fleet logistics in terms of tire and fuel consumption, 4/ Maintaining a good cooperation with parent company on site also external relations (local govern, law, and transporters). Challenge faced and achievements during in this position, 1/ Running 3 different and far apart fuel terminal locations of transportation operational business, 2/ Successfully achieve financial net income target and exceeded last year's achievements, 3/ Actively involved and solved human capital indiscipline cases in order to provide excellent services to both parent company (Pertamina) also the distribution agents (SPBU/N/Pertashop), 4/ Actively giving mentoring and upskilling all office supporting crew in properly run the operational and keeping hsse matter, 5/ Actively participated in grabbing potential new projects in 2021, other fuel terminal transportation business, industrial fuel and transportation, etc.

Challenge faced and achievements during in this position, 1/ Go-live (launching) a mid-sizing new fuel terminal transportation business and successfully gaining engagement with all ex-local transporter, 2/ Together with PT. Pertamina FT Kolaka developed good partnership, gaining recognition as well arranged and excellent performance fuel terminal, 3/ Have successfully developed high motivated tank truck drivers with good driving behavior and maintenance discipline, 4/ Actively participated as a part of instructors and evaluators for initial implementation ODI transport losses and discharge master training & seminar, 5/ Together with FT Manager successfully proposing new contract to 5 business units (Kolaka, Poso, etc) more appropriate freight rates with higher priority of HSSE matter.

Having in charge of 20 person on board (drivers and office crew) and 7 tank trucks with main responsibilities of the job, 1/ Ensuring the readiness of all crew and tank truck fleet for daily distribution in terms of unit quantity and condition, 2/ Ensuring KPI, QHSSE and financial target on track and achieving target, 3/ Efficiently managing the the fleet logistics in terms of tire and fuel consumption, 4/ Maintaining a good cooperation with parent company on site also external relations (local govern, law, and transporters). Learned about some well chart logs analysis (open hole-cased hole) in determining productive zones and potential perforating zones in the formation. 3. Field study about workover and well services jobs (WOWS), particularly perforation job and squeeze cementing. 4. Field study and site visitation on gathering system, water treatment and water injection plant in Zamrud and Pedada field, witnessing process equipment, operational and additives in treating production fluid.
