I have developed my entire professional career in the account department, working for leading advertising agencies.I am Spanish but grew up in Chile and was educated in the USA. I have travelled around the world and consider myself a person of a multicultural background.Over the years, I have been involved in handling communication of large multinational and marketing-driven companies, especially those in the business of fast-moving consumer goods.I have also had the opportunity to deal with important local clients, and to handle large public services accounts.Category by category, I have gone through the most important ones in the business including automotives, food, soft drinks and spirits, beauty care, household cleaning, investment, banking & insurance, transportation, home appliances, health care, toiletries, media, utilities, political parties, public awareness…Throughout the years, I have been able to absorb the mission, philosophy, policies and, above all, the methods of strong and reputed companies which are widely considered standard procedures in the advertising business.The thorough understanding of objectives, the appropriate project planning, the correct implementation of procedures, the continuous training in the new ways to impact consumers, and the permanent pursue of creativity are key to gain client's respect and to transmit a professional profile both inside and outside the organisation, let alone to successfully drive results.I have collaborated as associate professor and guest speaker in a number of undergraduate and graduate programs of leading Spanish educational institutions, such as IE Instituto de Empresa, Universidad Antonio Nebrija, Universidad de Alcalá de Henares...
