My responsibilities included overseeing key HR project initiatives within the HR portfolio. These projects encompassed a range of HR initiatives aimed at delivering exceptional HR services to both employees and the business. As an HR Business Partner, I served as the initial point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from the managers and teams under my responsibility. Primarily, my role involved providing support to the managers in their mission and ensuring that our HR processes and policies were aligned with the organization's needs. In my specialized areas, I was also responsible for collaborating with the HR team to create and develop HR processes, policies, and guidelines that aligned with the organization's requirements.

As a Talent Manager, I am responsible for the entire employee journey, encompassing attraction, recruitment, development, and exit processes. In the realm of development, I also take charge of introducing new employees to the company.

As a Recruitment Manager, I was in charge of worldwide Recruitment and Employer Branding. I managed the relationship with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process and was responsible for search/headhunting and other activities to ensure quality delivery. Additionally, I was responsible for the onboarding program in all our offices, introducing new employees to the company. I had a strong focus on strategy, culture, recruitment, and strengthening/activating the company's employer brand.

As Researcher I look for candidates within supply chain management, purchasing and logistics. It also included telephone interviews and other administrative tasks.

During this employment, I worked as a co-worker in reception/information and at the cash register. I worked at both IKEA Kungens Kurva and IKEA Uppsala.

I completed a five-month internship during which I managed the recruitment process for the summer season, ensuring the selection of individuals who aligned with IKEA's values and placing them in appropriate positions within the organization. Following the completion of the recruitment process, I engaged in various tasks in collaboration with the HR department. These tasks encompassed activities such as attending recruitment fairs, participating in meetings, updating documents, and assisting the HR department with various inquiries. Additionally, I conducted several seminars about IKEA, its organization, and its values.

I served on the board of the "Personalvetarstuderandes Riksförbund," where I managed all communications, both within the national association and externally to our members. I was also responsible for creating their new website (www.p-riks.se).

Internship for 5 weeks: I worked at Uniflex Staffing for five weeks as part of a practical course in the Human Resource Program at Karlstad University. During this time, I learned the processes involved in recruiting various individuals for different companies. I conducted numerous interviews and provided assistance to the recruitment department in their daily operations.

I worked with the goods flow, where I contributed to the store replenishment process each day before the store opened.
