I worked with clients both in the UK and in New Zealand during my time as freelancer, such as: Fastnet Marketing, Jess Berriman Ceramics, Tollhouse Pottery, Cornish Restoration, Pit Stop Garage and most recently: TVNZ and Stanley St. At Stanley St I worked on assets for a national campaign for KFC. At TVNZ I worked on several projects such as website designs and digital assets for their On-Demand service. But the biggest responsibility was being one of the main designers on the campaign for the New Zealand show ‘The Dead Lands’, designing both digital and printed campaign assets.

Being the only designer in the team. I worked across the Adobe programmes, but also used Sketch and Invision on a regular basis. I liaised with clients to make sure my design concepts met their needs, requirements and brand values. Some of my main responsibilities were branding projects, creating style guides, designing websites and researching user behaviour. Within the website design process I worked closely with the client, with user experience and interface as my main focus. I started by creating wireframes and finished with a responsive website design as the end product. Other design areas I was responsible for were magazines, flyers, signage, posters, infographics, menus, maps and illustrations. I also used Mailchimp and CRM systems such as Asana and Accelo on a regular basis.

Nordic servicing team within the Swedish Business Travel Accounts department. I was in contact with corporate customers daily, on the phone and via email to collect on any outstanding balance. I had to investigate why accounts had outstanding balance and solve any problems that may have caused them to miss their payment due date.

Stockholm, Sweden

This project started when Citibank sold parts of their Swedish customer files to the bank Marginalen. There were about 30 part-time employees dividing the documents into files. I, along with two others, was a team leader of this group. I was in charge of the filing system (done in Excel), corrected any mistakes and made sure that all documents were sent to the correct place of storage.
