Being the only designer in the team. I worked across the Adobe programmes, but also used Sketch and Invision on a regular basis. I liaised with clients to make sure my design concepts met their needs, requirements and brand values. Some of my main responsibilities were branding projects, creating style guides, designing websites and researching user.

Nordic servicing team within the Swedish Business Travel Accounts department. I was in contact with corporate customers daily, on the phone and via email to collect on any outstanding balance. I had to investigate why accounts had outstanding balance and solve any problems that may have caused them to miss their payment due date.

This project started when Citibank sold parts of their Swedish customer files to the bank Marginalen. There were about 30 part-time employees dividing the documents into files. I, along with two others, was a team leader of this group. I was in charge of the filing system (done in Excel), corrected any mistakes and made sure that all documents were sent to.
