I started out at Sellbytel as an after sales support agent for one of the biggest IT companies in the world. I worked as an agent for the project for 2 years. As an after sales agent I supported customer through calls and emails with any kind of post sales inquiry over phone and email. Issues were regarding deliveries, faulty products, returns and exchanges and pre-sales inquiries.I then transferred to a different project at Sellbytel in January 2014, where I was promoted as a Trainer within the first couple of months. Work responsibilities include training new employees and supervising them for the first couple of weeks, as well as delivering up-trainings to senior agents. Trainings I delivered were focused both on technical support as well as soft skills. I was trusted to go to Germany several times to help Sellbytel start up the project there.In September 2015 I took 6 months off to travel and when I returned to Sellbytel I started as a Technical support agent for a project which supports the most popular mobile operating system.
