Investmentbolaget byWiT, med en specialisering inom operationella investeringar i digitala tillväxtbolag, fortsätter att utöka sitt team genom rekryteringen av Frida Lönnqvist som Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Med sin gedigna erfarenhet inom Private Equity-investeringar och senast som CFO för Interflora, tillför Frida värdefull kompetens till byWiT. I sin nya roll kommer hon att förbereda bolaget inför en eventuell börsnotering samt stödja portföljbolagen i deras lönsamma tillväxtstrategier.Investmentbolaget byWiT grundades år 2021 med målsättningen att långsiktigt investera i och vidareutveckla digitala tillväxtbolag med betydande utvecklingspotential. ▪ Interflora AB is the leading flower delivery service (“Blommogram”) with almost 600 member stores in Sweden. Strong growth (+100%) and margin development 2017-2020, supported by a more data-driven culture. Share of online sales: 85%. ▪ My key focus areas during the first year i) establish a thorough profitability analysis and a four-year business plan, ii) cost control and renegotiating main agreements and iii) setting a new accounting team in place (generation renewal). ▪ Focus has then been on growth, cost control and margin development through new business opportunities. As the head of Business Development I also work closely with the other teams in Online, Retail and Purchasing/Assortment in order to ensure that the strategy, business model, fees/margins or contract structure etc. of the new projects are optimal and in line with the overall budget/business plan.▪ Negotiated and lead the transfer of the Chokladogram.se acquisition into Interflora’s organisation. ▪ In 2018, I was in charge of the outsourcing of the IT-services. From 2018 until the onboarding of the CTO in 2021, I was responsible for the IT infrastructure operated by the IT-consulting partner.

▪ Private equity owned (Segulah) retail business selling technology products and gadgets in the Nordics across 134 stores and online. ▪ Deputy Board Member, June 2015 - March 2017. ▪ Business Development consultant, October 2017 - March 2018. Project management combined with data analysis/controlling, reported to the CEO. Responsible for business development projects i.a. i) assortment strategy/process (project leader of a team of assortment managers, establishing an efficient assortment structure/process based on customer buying behaviour, product life cycle management, pricing etc.), ii) online/offline price strategy, and iii) store establishment strategy.

▪ Orlando Nordics AB, with its office in Stockholm, Sweden, is an advisor to institutional and private investors on investments in medium-sized companies and corporate subsidiaries in the Nordics. Orlando Nordics AB advises and supports the private equity funds Special Situations Venture Partners, with more than SEK 5 billion equity under management in the German-speaking countries and in the Nordics.▪ Joined the Stockholm expansion of the German private equity firm Orlando Management AG. The recently established Nordic office consisted of a small team, where I mainly worked on sourcing new deals, evaluation of new potential deals and strategic work in relation to the portfolio company Euromaint.

▪ Private Equity – Lower mid-market buy-outs in the Nordics▪ Investment Associate 2016-2017 (Investment Analyst 2012-2015)▪ My work included i.a. financial modelling, strategic analysis, deal generation, analysis and strategic work regarding seven portfolio companies and platform/add-on acquisitions within a vast range of different industries and business cases. ▪ Ordinary board member of CRM-Byggefakta, deputy board member of Teknikmagasinet, DOCU Nordic and Sandbäckens Rör.▪ Responsible investment associate for four platform acquisitions DOCU Nordic Byggfakta (acquired 2014), KP Components (2014), Teknikmagasinet (2015) and Sandbäckens Rör (2016), one partial exit in 2013 (PMC’s Norwegian business, Servi to Ferd Capital) and one full exit in 2015 (Scan Coin to Suzo-Happ). Took over the investment associate responsibility of three platform investments 2012-2017: Scan Coin, Kemetyl and PMC.

Two main projects successfully completed in a team of three: i) developed a strategic plan on how to manage the various stages of debt collection ii) reduced costs by 30% in the operations department.
