Senior Quality Manager
CurrentMaintenance and control of the Quality Management System for the Life Sciences business unit in line with customer, company, and ISO standard requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 13485 & ISO 17100). Leading and coordinating internal, customer and certification body audits, including response to findings, corrective action and effectiveness review. Monitoring of CAPA activity; supporting teams with the CAPA process, review and approval CAPA reports. Participation in Sale activities with customers, presenting key features of Lionbridge Life Sciences’ Quality Management System and reviewing and completing Quality questionnaires, Quality Agreements and RFI/RFP responses.
