Sweden’s biggest community for female and non-binary programmers. We work for gender diversity within the tech industry. Our aim is threefold: get more women (cis and trans) and non-binary people to discover programming, support and lift those already working within tech, and help companies become more inclusive. My main areas within the board: internal strategy and organization, PR & communication and Course Development.

Commissioner in Reklamombudsmannens Opinionsnämnd (RON), the Swedish self-regulation foundation regarding ethical marketing following the regulations from International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). RON examines cases where there exists no general practice and create new guidelines. The decisions made by RON is not possible to appeal. The members’ in RON is selected by the board of Reklamombudsmannen.

As a Marketing Manager I had the strategic responsibility of Add Gender's content in all public channels and functioned as an advisor to the constantly increasing network of independent entrepreneurs connected to Add Gender.My role as a Project Manager and Equality Consultant for Add Gender meant overall responsibility for every customer relationship - from sales meetings to implementation of the work and follow-up. This included planning communication strategies, coordinating and holding educations, reviewing, mapping and quality-assuring communication material and developing tools and methods to inspire my clients to work for equality and a strong brand. I have solid experience of working close to my clients' management and of giving lectures and workshops to different target groups. A big part of my job was also to guide my customers through possible crises, by developing a communication plan which for example included strategies for media relations, Q&A:s and social media. The purpose was to create, and retain, a creditable brand. Examples of brands I have been working with is Åhlens, Forsman & Bodenfors, Brothers and The Red Cross as well as several authorities and regions in Sweden (for example Tillväxtverket, Domstolsverket, Livsmedelsverket, Region Jönköpings Län and Region Uppsala).

Web Manager and commissioner in the board of Save the Children in Ulricehamn. I was also a Project Manager, starting up a new activity called Ellen within the organization. The project was aimed for young girls in their teens, consisting of group conversations about sexuality, equality, self-esteem as well as other important subjects about being young.

In the middle of the economic crisis in 2008, I was employed for a leading position as Finance Manager. The Management Team succeeded to, during this difficult time, turn a bankrupt company to expand and become profitable. The company was a subcontractor for Volvo and Scania trucks. In 2009-10 I was also responsible for the company's environmental sustainability work, according to the environmental certification ISO 14001.
