I am a PhD student within the research group 'Diversity in Technology', where I conduct field work amongst engineering students at the Technical University of Denmark. My research focuses on- Team-level: How gender and ethnic diversity influence social innovation processes and their outcome- Individual-level: How engineering students construct professional.

I am responsible for ReDI School's Tech Program, including education, partners, volunteers and students. I work with:- Analyzing the IT industry's trends and needs through research and interviews- Developing corporate courses in collaboration with companies from the IT industry- Giving presentations on diversity and the business case for diversity.

I have helped create the organization from scratch, and I am proud that we by now are a well-established NGO with happy and talented students, volunteers and partners.I have put a lot of effort into ensuring quality education and have done.

I have worked to promote equality between gender, sexuality, ethnicity and class in Denmark through a focus on young people. I have held events and workshops that equip young people to challenge norms and promote feminist values in society.
