Efter 10 år i fastighetsbranschen, på olika men liknande tjänster inom branschen har jag en bred och varierad kompetens. Jag har arbetat med allt från uthyrning av hyreslägenheter till energieffektivisering och kostnadsoptimering av kommersiella lokaler. Avfallshantering och avtalssignering. Inbrott och genombrott. Jag har i ett flertal tjänster varit med och byggt upp grunden till strukturer, styrdokument och processer för hur man ska effektivt kunna arbeta med fastighetsrelaterade ärenden inom organisationen. Jag har projektlett fler projekt än jag kan räkna på mina tår och fingrar och utav olika storlek och karaktär. Ett återkommande faktum i mina senaste anställningar är att jag arbetat självständigt, som expert inom företaget och fått både lösa problem och hitta kunskap på egen hand. Jag är lugn och organiserad som person, trots min överkonsumtion av sötsaker och kaffe. Jag älskar att se tydliga resultat, utvärdera och att få feedback för att kunna fortsätta utvecklas.
