Achievements- Had a central role to identify new ways of working when reorganization, and to land them in the planning teams. - Joined Unilever’s program for future leaders, Aspire program, and led the renovation of the S&OP Process in the Nordics.

Demand planner for HPC sub categories (Hair, Deo Skin Care and Skin Cleansing), weekly forecast of 400 products in APO. Great results of bias, accuracy and order fulfillment achieved through close collaboration with sales, supply, customer service and customers. Appointed Key User for SAP.

Responsible to ensure the logistic flow of Ice cream from central warehouse to our 30 Service Providers (independent warehouses and distributors). Established a close collaboration and communication with Supply Planners, warehouses and Service Providers to fill trucks and allocate products to avoid out of stock at any warehouse. Solved system issues and filled knowledge gaps of SAP and our internal IT solution DasPro.

Followed the order flow from order to invoice in SAP and solved idocs to get all orders and invoices through every day. Maintained customer and product master data. Internal contact to our external customer service provider in Norway.
