I do research in order to deeper understand how digital technology reshape organizations and society. My main research interest is digital transformation where I seek to learn more about emerging organizational challenges at the intersection of digital innovation and organizational change. More broadly, I am motivated to generate new knowledge and apply critical perspectives that can contribute to a more sustainable future - in roles as researcher, industry collaborant, lecturer and citizen. Social inequalities and gender equality issues lie especially close to heart, as well as environmental sustainability given my background from the archipelago on the Swedish east coast. I hope to engage in future projects that seek to address challenges in these domains with the help of digital technologies.
