Managing social media and HR marketing to promote company brand, opened positions and recruitment events as well as implementing employer branding initiatives, university synergies and managing market analytics.

Supporting tasks for HRBPs, Recruitment, Communication and Staff Service & Events.Recruitment-Interview and screening of potential candidates for technical competences, applicable background and skills for indirect positions -Adept in recruitment tools for internal and external job posting through social networks, web pages and strategic advertisement methods -Developing relationships and engagement strategies with education organizations and referral networks for qualified candidate recognition and sourcing-Ensure hiring goal is met within a timely manner according to corporate's needsSupporting tasks for HRBPs-Elaborating and running metric analysis & employee reports such as absentism, job rotation and other employee relations incidents-Executing contract management processes such as renewal periods and analysing extensions through performance evaluations-Evaluating contract terminations according to federal employment law protocols and HR policies Communications-Participating in coordination of community engagement projects -Elaborating, managing and ensuring internal communications-Managing and engaging in multi-media content Staff Service & Events-Planning, projection and set-up of a variety of corporate on-site and off-site events as well as evaluating its success through employee feedback surveys -Managing internal and external vendor relationships-Managing and evaluating personnel services such as uniforms, transport, cafeteria and other suppliers throughout staff needs
