Our co-founding trio kicked off the Mingl adventure in 2018 and grew into a five-person team after about 6 months. As a member of a small team, my responsibilities were diverse. I handled tasks from product management to fundraising (including pitching and negotiations), long term strategizing as well as day to day planning. I built processes for incorporating user insights into our product, worked on communication and marketing, customer success, sales and partnerships.
