As a sustainability consultant at Position Green, I collaborate with diverse clientele on multifaceted initiatives. My expertise spans conducting double materiality assessments, executing gap analyses, biodiversity analyses, reporting, and devising ESG strategies. Additionally, I am involved in various business development projects. My specialisation lies in the CSRD/ESRS, enabling me to provide guidance to organisations seeking compliance with the CSRD.

As a sustainability project coordinator at Position Green, I assisted in the analysis behind the annual ESG100 report. My responsibilities included analysing sustainability reports and enabling the identification of the top-performing listed companies in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark regarding their readiness and alignment with the ESRS.

As a sustainability consultant at Sustainergies, I had the opportunity to create Spolargruppen’s sustainability report for 2022. This included a range of tasks such as conducting a materiality assessment, mapping out SDGs, creating GRI data collection templates, collecting and analysing data, calculating GHG emissions, identifying risks and opportunities, setting goals, using the GRI index, developing and designing content, proofreading, and conducting a GAP analysis. This project required strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. It was a valuable opportunity to apply my sustainability knowledge and skills and make a positive impact on the company.

As a zero-waste consultant, I gained experience in conducting zero-waste audits, leading zero-waste workshops, and writing SEO articles. In this role, I worked with a range of clients to assess their waste management systems and provide recommendations for reducing waste and improving efficiency. I also developed and delivered interactive workshops on zero waste principles and practices, as well as written articles on the topic for search engine optimization purposes. This role has allowed me to utilize my knowledge of sustainability and waste management to drive positive change for my clients.

As a sustainability project assistant, I was responsible for a range of tasks to support sustainability initiatives. These included creating sustainability reporting templates in Excel based on GRI criteria, conducting environmental scanning through data collection and compilation, researching sustainability certifications, and translating materials from English to Swedish. I also had the opportunity to create PowerPoint presentations to assist with the communication of sustainability information. This role required strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. It was a valuable opportunity to develop my skills and knowledge in the sustainability field.

As a business development consultant at H Sustain, a digital travel guide company, I had the opportunity to work closely with the founders and gain valuable insights into operating an early-stage start-up. In this role, I was responsible for all marketing, communication, and growth-related activities. This included developing social media campaign strategies and campaigns, managing the Instagram account, writing and designing sustainability-related social media posts, creating digital campaign posters, building a community, and establishing the brand voice and visual identity. I was able to drive the organic growth of the Instagram account by 90% through influencer outreach and other strategies. In addition to these tasks, I also contributed to product development by conducting beta testing, recruiting testers, planning and designing beta tests, and creating user guides. This role allowed me to utilise my skills in marketing, communication, and sustainability to drive growth and success for the company.

As a sustainability consultant for Sustainergies, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of project-based assignments through Bonava. These have included proofreading and editing sustainability materials and the annual report in both Swedish and English, creating an Excel document listing the company's relevant Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), reviewing educational sustainability material and videos, and transcribing videos. Through these projects, I have gained valuable experience in sustainability consulting and have contributed to Bonava's efforts to promote sustainability in its operations and business practices.
