    Topic: Mathematical modeling, algorithm developmemt and simulation of anatomy and functionality related to the blood flow in the left ventricle of the human heart. I developed a C++-based hybrid MPI/OpenMP for patient specific simulation based on the Navier-Stokes equations, an adaptive finite element method and 4DTTE ultrasound images of the human heart. The work was done in collaboration with among others Karolinska University Hospital and Universitée Paris-Saclay. The software is largely parallelized and run on the KTH Supercomputer Beskow and other SNIC resources.
