Coordinate the Management & Administration of all Contracts with the Clients. Interface with the Personnel working at each Clients Office in all matters including Mobilization, settling-in for newly recruited personnel, responding to inquiries from the Clients/Personnel and generally providing excellent Customer Services. Prepare New Contracts, Renewals, amendments, using the Templates for each document.Attend meetings with Clients to resolve Contractual issues and advise Management on strategies to solving any Contractual issue.Ensure Contract documents are sent to new employees providing them with the necessary information during pre-mobilization and actual mobilization.Ensure Renewals, amendments and salary reviews etc are communicated to the Personnel on time.Liaise with MD’s PA to ensure copies of all PO/Assignment Orders/Contracts are received and properly filed.Monitor/Track all Contracts using the excel spreadsheet to ensure renewal notices are forwarded to the Clients well in advanceProperly file documents for each Personnel and Client to ensure proper document control and ease of access to any informationInterface with other depts. (Operations/TIS, Project Accounts, Pay Roll, Audit, TSS. Admin/HR etc on requests for information and other Contract related issues.Regularly interact with Client Liaison Unit to appraise the deliverables/performance of Contract & Mobilization Dept in order to ensure ‘Zero tolerance’ to any delays in processing information/documents.
