Besöker man vården och vårdpersonal tar någon form av prov som du får svar på direkt är det en patientnära analys (PNA). Jag jobbar med att utveckla patientnära analyser i Region Gävleborg - för en patientsäker vård. När jag började jobba med patientnära analyser i Region Gävleborg 2022 behövdes ett rejält omtag. Jag har sedan dess fokuserat på några områden som behövde lite extra kärlek: - Struktur- Utbildning av vårdpersonal- Digitalisering- Kommunikation och synlighet- UpphandlingJag tror att en viktig framgångsfaktor är att ta vara på vårdpersonalens erfarenheter och perspektiv och att möta problem med nyfikenhet!
