Span of control of a total of 80 people, both frontend and backend developers, product managers / owners, business analysts, software architect and agile team leaders. Results: profit target achieved in both financial years, Agile working 2.0 embedded, Phosphate planner introduced, CRV HeliXS data platform set up and CRV Dier and CRV Bedrijf applications developed as successor to VeeManager.

Responsible for the further growth and development of the CRV information products aimed at improving herd management worldwide. Focus areas: genomics, sensors, translating data into information and implementing data strategy. Team of 7 product managers/owners. Results: JoinData set up in collaboration with 4 other parties from the dairy sector (independent data platform that stimulates the use of data and precision agriculture), genomic testing for cows introduced (HerdOptimizer), CRV Mineral completely renewed, Data strategy for CRV drawn up and implemented.

Responsible for research and innovation for CRV worldwide. Team of 6 (sr) researchers and 3 technical product managers. Development of customer-oriented solutions through technical and business innovations. Results: CRV strategy translates into an innovation roadmap and gives substance to it, stimulated innovation throughout CRV (across all countries and departments), strengthened connections with universities and research institutions, introduced pregnancy determination based on measurement in milk.

Eindverantwoordelijk voor alle marketingactiviteiten van CRV in Nederland en Vlaanderen en vanaf 2009 in business unit West-Europa. Span of control: team van 10 marketing- en communicatiemedewerkers en een team internet van 4 personen. Resultaten: eerste marketingteam van CRV opgebouwd en marketing als discipline binnen CRV neergezet, online verkoop van sperma geïntroduceerd, Ovalert vruchtbaarheidsmanagementsysteem en verkoop van jonge genomic geteste stieren geïntroduceerd.
